This came about from trying to put Percy in the OTP box, with addendum that he has a thing for shuttles. Skyfire has issues, Astrotrain isn’t the relationship type, and Blast Off is so far off the table he’s on the floor.

what I learned
1. G1 Swindle is basically TFA Swindle only boxy and with a bit of extra kibble maybe, but finding out how -exactly- he differs from his counterpart is incredibly difficult
2. Putting in “transformers swindle g1” on DA will get you around 200 results, while just “transformers swindle” will get you 2400, 90% of them TFA (and a Vortex, somehow)
3. There’s a new live-action teenie bopper movie coming out with the word as the title, making it extremely difficult to find any good Swindles in the tag on tumblr without scrolling for a bazillion years through “candids” of the film shoot or something - and when I do, 90% of the time it’s TFA
which okay I understand the guy got to do more and actually had a character
but
